By placing an order, you confirm that:

3. Products and Pricing
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
Product descriptions, specifications, and Certificate of Analysis data are provided in good faith based on independent laboratory testing. Trutide Research Ltd. makes no claims regarding the safety or efficacy of any compound for use in humans or animals.
4. Orders and Contract
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
5. Payment
Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched. We accept bank transfer and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of confirmed payment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our control.
