NAD+ 1000mg
NAD+ • Lyophilized Powder
Commonly studied in cellular energy and longevity research
NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a critical coenzyme extensively studied in cellular energy metabolism, mitochondrial function, and longevity-related research.
NAD+ 1000mg is supplied as a high-purity lyophilized powder intended strictly for in vitro laboratory and scientific research purposes.
NAD+ serves as an essential electron carrier in redox reactions and acts as a substrate for sirtuins, PARPs, and other enzymes involved in cellular signaling. It is commonly investigated in studies exploring:
- Mitochondrial bioenergetics and cellular respiration
- DNA repair mechanisms
- Circadian rhythm regulation
- Age-related cellular changes and NAD+ decline in experimental models
The lyophilized form provides excellent stability for long-term storage and allows flexible reconstitution for various experimental protocols. Each vial contains 1000 mg of NAD+.

Lyophilized Storage
Store unopened vials at –20°C in a dry, dark environment. Stable for up to 36 months under these conditions.
Reconstitution Instructions
- Use sterile bacteriostatic water (BAC water) or sterile water for injection.
- Recommended: Add 5–10 mL of BAC water slowly down the side of the vial to achieve desired concentration (e.g., 100 mg/mL with 10 mL).
- Gently swirl or tilt until fully dissolved. Do not shake vigorously.
- Once reconstituted, store in a refrigerator at 2–8°C and use within 4 weeks.
Handling Notes: Work in a sterile environment. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Protect from light and heat during experiments.
